When your primary handgun encounters a malfunction, you will wish you had a backup handgun to finish the fight!  Why not have a plan B?  That is what this half day course is all about: training you how to get your backup gun and use it effectively.  

 

If you do not typically carry a back up gun but routinely carry a pocket, small or micro style pistol, this course is also for you.  

 

Topics discussed:

-Back up gun placement

-Presentation from deep concealment

-Reloading

-Clearing stoppages

-Accuracy within 25 yards

-Ammunition management

Gear Requirements

-Back up sized handgun (.22LR through .45 ACP acceptable)  (.22LR through .357 Magnum acceptable for revolvers)

-Prop gun the same size and weight as your primary carry handgun 
-Open mind  

- Three Magazines (If they hold 10 rounds or less 5 magazines)
- Quality Holsters for your back up gun and prop gun
- 200 rounds of ammunition
- Eye and ear protection
