Refund & Cancellation Policy

Surprise Break Firearms Training

All sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before registering for a class.

Company Cancellation

If Surprise Break Firearms Training cancels a class for any reason, students may choose one of the following options:

• A refund of the class fee minus a $25 processing fee, or

• A full transfer of their balance/spot to a future class of their choice.

Student Cancellation

If you, the customer, cancel your registration, no refunds will be issued.

However, we will transfer your balance/spot to a future training class of your choosing at no additional cost.

Transfers

• Transfers may be applied to any available upcoming class.

• Transfers have no cash value and may not be redeemed for a refund.

• Transfers are non-transferable to other individuals unless approved in writing by Surprise Break Firearms Training.
